At Serenity Holistic Veterinary Care, our mission is to provide compassionate and comprehensive holistic pet health guidance in the comfort of your home. We focus on holistic approaches, including homeopathy, ozone therapy and nutrition, to ensure your pets receive the best possible care. This approach focuses on deep healing and promoting overall wellbeing and longevity.

At Serenity Holistic Veterinary Care, I provide personalized holistic consultations designed to support your pet’s health on a deeper level.
During our consultation, I carefully review your pet’s medical history, behavior patterns, and current health concerns. Together we will discuss the challenges your pet is facing and develop a plan to support their healing and overall wellbeing.
Using a homeopathic approach, I select a remedy that is specifically tailored to your pet’s unique symptoms, personality, and health history. Homeopathy works by supporting the body’s natural healing ability, often leading to improvements not only in physical symptoms but also in your pet’s overall vitality and emotional balance.
Consultations are conducted remotely via Zoom and typically last 60–120 minutes. Because I am not able to perform a physical examination, it is important that clients maintain a relationship with a local veterinarian for diagnostics and urgent care if needed.
Healing with homeopathy is a process that unfolds over time. Follow-up consultations are an essential part of this journey, allowing us to monitor your pet’s progress and make adjustments as needed. Depending on your pet’s condition, follow-up evaluations may occur anywhere from every 1–12 weeks.
My goal is to support lasting improvement in your pet’s health by addressing the root causes of illness and helping restore balance from the inside out.

Dr. Sarina Barbara, DVM, FAAO
Dr. Sarina earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from St. George’s University, graduating with honors in 2018. She began her career in a fast-paced, multi-doctor practice where she gained extensive experience in emergency medicine, surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, exotic animal care, pain management, geriatric care, and rehabilitation therapies.
Through her clinical work, Dr. Sarina developed a strong interest in approaches that support the body’s natural ability to heal. This passion led her to pursue advanced training in integrative medicine.
In 2020, she earned her fellowship with The American Academy of Ozonotherapy, receiving specialized education in the therapeutic use of ozone to support healing and recovery in veterinary patients. She later expanded her integrative training by completing Veterinary Homeopathy training in 2025.
Dr. Sarina is passionate about treating each patient as a unique individual. Her approach combines homeopathy, nutrition, and ozone therapy to help restore balance within the body and support long-term health and vitality.
Through Serenity Holistic Veterinary Care, Dr. Sarina works with families seeking a more natural and individualized approach to improving their pets’ health and wellbeing.
